The
main men behind SILVER are singer Gary Barden who already worked for
MSG, STATETROOPER and PRAYING MANTIS, and guitarist Michael Voss (DEMON
DRIVE, CASANOVA, MAD MAX, ex-BONFIRE), and they are about to release
their 5th album called “Gold”. If
you are into Melodic Rock and Hard Rock, you better check SILVER out
because; this album has a lot to offer. SILVER got a strong feel for
melodies and memorable choruses that should satisfy most Melodic Rock
fans out there. The whole thing sounds very professional and
outstanding songs to be mentioned are the rockin’ opener “Creep”,
“Joshua”, as well as the DAVID BOWIE cover “China Girl”. Some
of the songs here on “Gold” are very polished but I can live with
that because, they make their songs sound fresh and enjoyable, and
very easy to consume. One thing is for sure… I have to check out
their back catalogue. Recommended
