"Reviviscence (Liber Secundus)" is as the title the might give away the second part of the "Eymerich Trilogy". Compared with the first part "Evil (Liber Primus)", their main focus is still on melodic progressive metal with some outstanding guitarsoli - guests include Kiko Loureiro and Rafael Bittencourt (Angra). Most songs are very epic and symphonic, and with some very nice use of classical acoustic guitars this album has class written all over it, and with a very clear production this has to be one the most exciting progressive metal releases so far this Year. Recommended tracks: "Tears Of Jerusalem", "The Calling" and "Revelation" |
