This is the first album from Norwegian band Memorized Dreams, and they play European inpired melodic power metal. Most tracks are straight forward powermetal, with a very good and talented vocalist - Terje Harøy, solid guitarwork and rhythmsection. Standout track is the excellent piano-ballad: "Sea Of Oblivion", where you really get to hear just how good Terje is. Memorized Dreams have not much new to offer the powermetal fans, but delivers a solid effort, which is at least worth checking out. Recommended tracks: "Sea Of Oblivion" and "Neverland" |
