I used to be a fan of King's X back when I had a record-collection on vinyl, but somehow lost interest in them, and the last album I've heard is "Dogman". So when I saw this new double live album, I thought it might be a good way to sort of re-discover them again ... So has this double
album done wonders for me? Gotten the old feeling about King's X back? The album has been recorded at various locations and tours, and it clearly shows. I would have preferred a recording from one concert to capture the true live feeling ... but I am pretty confident, that fans of King's X will disagree, but to be honest, this is to me just a boring live release with not too many highlights! Sad, but true ... Recommended tracks: "Over My Head", "Summerland" and "We Were Born To Be Loved" |
