This
is the second album from Norwegian power metal band Guardians Of Time.
The band came together in 1997 under the name A.T.A.W. In 1998 they
changed their name to Guardians Of Time, and in 2000 a 3 song demo
called “Soul Reaper” was released, it gained the band a deal with
Shark Records. In
2001 they released their debut “Edge Of Tomorrow” which sounded
very Gamma Ray like. Now the band have signed a deal with Massacre Records,
and just released the new album “Machines Of Mental Design” - there
is still some Gamma Ray influences but also Iron Maiden & Judas
