Malene Markusen is a marvelous vocalist in the band Acelsia. She has together with Odd Henning Skyllingstad, who handles guitars, bass, percussion and programming on their album' Don't Go Where I Can't Follow' done an album with a personal style.

Acelsia is a different kind of rock band than I usually listen to and I get Sugarcubes vibes in my head when I listen to this. A very special and epic voice tone from Marlene with many different tone levels, just like Björk. They mix their epic pop/rock with some metal parts and it isn't easy to put them in a specific rock genre. This isn't my kind of tea, really and I don't feel this disc in my mind or soul.

If you like soothing melodies and melancholic songs this might be something to check out.

I'm sorry, but this is not an album that will be played so many times in my house.
