Nidingr have really played with words for their 3rd release, ain't it fun.
Greatest of Deceivers was instantly also known as GOD. Nidingr basically means 'deceiver' in old Norse. Not for the becoming of black metal at least. But then what of the last combination, Nidingr = God?!

Raging, metallic riffs topped by a shrieking voice with an ounce of the 90's sound gather to nurture the harder metal hearts aspirations.
Music by skilled musicians, new blood digging in the deepest roots of Norwegian black metal, with an ounce of death thrash, with a reference to Mayhem's Grand Declaration of War or Chimaira.

Rawness for aweness. No deceit.
