With vocalist Thebon (Keep of Kalessin) and drummer Alkolust (Byfrost) in the line up you expect some evil black metal music, but this is nothing of that kind. Together with Max Morbid (Breed) on bass and Martin Legreid (66 Crusher) on guitars the music on this album is pure death/thrash metal. After one EP called 'Raping - Killing - Murder' this is their debut full length. It all sounds very brutal, but the production could have been a little bit better in my opinion. The music isn't very original, a lot of Slayer influences (just listen to "Forget") in their music and a portion of metal core is what they serve. Most of the songs are very fast, but with "Ten Times Stronger" and "Muffled Screams" there are some slower tracks on the album too. Thebon has a very aggressive style of singing and has a lot of variety in his vocals. The fastest and also shortest track on the album is "You Will Scream", a devastating brutal track that will blow you away. A nice album to listen to, and although their music is full of recognizable influences, a lot of death/thrash metal fans will really like this. | ||||||||||||||||||
