As a starting point I'd like to say that this is technically adept death metal. Think Suffocation, Deicide, Cannibal Corpse - yes, the American influence is definitely there for these Italians. It's brutal, grinding stuff for the major part of the 20 minutes this promo lasts.

That is all very well.

What is less positive is that the tunes don't really burn through. They're simply not as distinct and accentuated as I have a feeling these guys could make them if they put some more effort into it. They have the technical skills!

Anyway we turn it, my ears don't really get the punishment they deserve with 'Reflection of God'. Even if the production leaves much to be desired...
