Imagine if there had never been bands like Within Temptation, Delain, Nightwish and Edenbridge, then this band would have been very hot. Not that they sound like an exact musical copy of any of these bands, but the vocals do. The music they serve on these four tracks is melodic and progressive, but it never really surprises me. The singing of Claudia is good, but not outstanding for this genre and the male singer that adds some lines at times would better of not doing that, it doesn't add anything and it sounds bad.

Nevertheless the band does a good job, all the musicians handle their instruments well and the song writing isn't bad either. A female fronted Pagan's Mind, but then a little less progressive would perhaps be a description of their style. The guitars could have been a bit heavier in my opinion. A few faster songs would also make it more interesting, it is all too mid-tempo and it sounds too brave at times. The band hails from the north of Holland and they have just won 2 days studio time by winning the Music Battle 058 at the Stenden Highschool.

A band with potential, some good ideas and, with the right support they can make a lot of people happy with their music. Not a bad first step.
