Evile, Gama Bomb and Municipal Waste are the most popular new wave of thrash bands. Elimination released their debut album 'Destroyed by Creation' last year. Not original, but a very nice average thrash album. They left Rising Records and signed with Transcend Music. The first release on the label is this EP. Three songs, 2 new and one we already know from the debut.

The first two tracks are less thrashy than the songs on the debut and have more popular Maiden leads, but they cannot impress completely. The songs are well written and have lots of British influences, but I'm not convinced yet. They just don't stick enough, perhaps I have to get used to the fact that they are less thrashy and that they use more British 80's influences in the songs. The band changed their style a little bit and that can make them or break them I think. Just wait for the full-length to be released this year to get a better picture.

Not bad.
