Hailing from Brno, Czech Republic, Eagleheart releases their second album. I missed their first 2008 release 'Moment of Life', so I can't compare the new album with that one. With a band name Eagleheart and with Roland Grapow responsible for the production, you don't need to listen to the album to know what genre you can expect.

Melodic positive sounding power metal, exactly the way you can expect: good production, average songs, not a top vocalist but good enough. Helloween, Symphony X, Blind Guardian, Kamelot, Stratovarius and all the other 1000 bands in this genre can be listed as influences. In the Czech Republic this will indeed be one of the better and more popular power metal acts, but world-wide they will not break a leg yet. There are too many bands that play the same average power metal. Not a bad effort, but just for fans and those, who want to have everything that breaths power metal.
