SUBLIMINAL CRUSHER is an Italian thrash metal band formed in 2002 and ‘Endvolution’ is their second full length album.

Sound and style wise I will say that they are a mix of such bands as; THE HAUNTED, PANTERA, DARKANE, DARK ANGEL, RECKLESS TIDE and MACHINE HEAD (among others). We get 10 songs that range from average to quite good... all in all I would say that this is a solid´piece of shit.

Most of the songs contains heavy, aggressive and crushing riffs that is clearly audible and strong enough to blow down any wall. So everything is top notch, right? Well... I must admit even if my neck hurts like shit after headbanging like crazy every time ‘Endvolution’ rotates in my player I get a bit tired of the vocals from Steph in the long run. His vocals are rough and aggressive, alright... but I’m a bit fed up with all this “modern-thrash-core-singing”.

So the vocals are almost my only complaint... because as written above, it’s all in all a solid piece of shit... and the powerful and heavy production will kick your ass... believe me.

Fans of the above mentioned bands or (modern) thrash metal fans in general should check this album out now... at least because of the guitar riffs.

Solid.
