Death/thrash fans should take notice of this CD and band from Finland because they could very well hit bulls-eye on their next release. Some might even claim that they already have with this CD called ‘Death Eternal’. (Their 4th album, by the way).

Well... ‘Death Eternal is a quite entertaining release from start to finish and packed with enjoyable guitar runs and superb drumming I can honestly say that they are on to something here.

The music shifts from slow and heavy to up-tempo in your face death/thrash and we get both growls and aggressive/harsh vocals... so what more do we want?

Deathchain are, at least to me, best when the go full throttle, however there is still room for improvement. They are still not quite up there with the best in this genre... but they are getting darn close and they could very well blow us all away on their next release.

The production is quite good, but could have been a little heavier in my humble opinion.

Death/thrash fans should at least check this album out. I know it will find its way into my hard-tried CD-player from time to time.

Nice one.
