Sweden's dark lords don't need to introduce themselves, seal their pattern, or work to impress.
This is what I draw out of my listening to The black curse. They can steal one's attention if they should fancy to, but to me they rest on their laurels and good name.
Lord Belial are once more faithful to their image; there is a balance of ear-catching melodies and solos ont this new record, but the rest of the compositions can basically be characterised as good old Swedish Black/Death and gets too easy and boring.
All in all, I am left with a luke-warm feeling, but I encourage you to discover The black curse and judge for yourself.
