When I listen to Lacrimas Profundere’s brand new release ”Songs for the Last View” I get the feeling that I’ve heard everything before. Believe me or not... but the very first time I threw this promo-CD in my hard-tried CD-player I knew almost every single riff... the melodies... the choruses... weird?

The promo-CD I’m holding in my hands contains 12 tracks of gothic heavy rock with deep/clean vocals from new singer Rob Vitacca and I’ve only read good things about this album... but in my opinion it never really ignites and I'm left quite dissapointed.

- I simply don’t feel like playing this album over and over again... I miss that certain thing that makes me go; WOW and the annoying voice-overs isn’t gonna do Lacrimas Profundere any favours at all!

”Songs for the Last View” is also available as a limited edition digi-pack including 4 exclusive bonus tracks and a bonus DVD featuring video material & live footage.
