Ever since Harem Scarem hit the scene with their self-titled debut album back in 1991, they have on a regular basis delivered one fine melodic hard rock album after another, but beyond the well deserved recognition in the underground not much has happened for this undervalued Canadian rock band.
'Home' will unfortunately be their last album, they have decided to release one final record and call it quits, split up and go separate ways to pursue new challenges...
The new album follows in the footsteps of their latest albums, and delivers yet another fine selection of songs with memorable hooks and catchy choruses, this time wrapped in a slightly darker and heavier tone.
Sure there is hope for the scene, but the lights have sadly enough gone out for one of it's finest representatives, but don't let that scare you away from this final testament to the art and craft of this legendary melodic hard rock band.
