This feels almost as great as putting a classic Tyketto album on again! The sensational feeling those guys created in a too short period of time, where especially their two first albums 'Don't Come Easy' (1991) and 'Strength in Numbers' (1994) still stand out as some the most sublime albums in melodic rock.

Some of that magic is recreated with the second From the Inside album: 'Visions' and Danny Vaughn proves again why many consider him one of melodic rock premier vocalists. Think classic melodic rock with both feet solid founded in American rock traditions from 1980 onwards, where bands like Journey, Foreigner and Boston set the standard.

The genre grew big, many great as well as not so great bands sprung out, and the signs are good for a comeback for a lot of these bands these days... From the Inside has hit the dart straight in the middle with this album, and has created an album that has all the classic trademarks as well as a brilliant vocalist.

'Visions' is a mandatory purchase, if you are into classic melodic rock the American way, and love the voice of Danny Vaughn just like me. A very well rounded and pleasant album that really shows that there is still hope for this genre, which thankfully seems to have a small comeback these days.
