This young band from Sacramento is as they say influenced by Converge, Botch, Rage Against the Machine and Isis. After hearing the record I can only hear Converge in it, because I don't know any music of Botch and the other two I can't hear.

In my opinion they make a bit over the top metal core with political and social critical lyrics. The vocals bark angry and the music is sometimes a little bit hectic. In my eyes a little to hectic and to over the top. The songs are too regular and don't make my nose itch. The band recorded with Kurt Ballou (Converge) but that can't make it a good record. You need to have some good songs that stick to your mind.

With some better song writing there is a future for this band, but they have not arrived yet in the top of the scene. And if you want to protrude, you let the music do the talking and not the song titles. I know one for the next album: 'Matter of Practice'.
