The classic NWOBHM band Diamond Head (mostly known as the band Metallica has covered a “million” times) is back with a new release called “What’s in Your Head?”.

Well, I can’t exactly say that I’m a huge follower of Diamond Head and “What’s in Your Head?” won’t change a thing about that fact. Not that I totally dislike this album but they are just too... bluesy for my taste. I could describe it as Led Zeppelin meets early Deep Purple meets UFO.

“What’s in Your Head?” has its moments... there are a few guitar riffs that has left a mark in my brain, but that’s about it. The songs seems very similar too me and despite of a few good riffs nothing really stands out.
