This
is not a new album from Aussie metal band Vanishing Point, it's the
re-release of their much sought after debut album, originally released
on the Angular Records label back in 1997.
This
re-release features the original 9 tracks along with one bonus song:
"Inner Peace" and 2 PC video clips: "Forgotten Self"
and "The Only One". The music itself shows a very young band
trying to find their standing ground - not very successfully I might add.
Simple,
standard heavy metal without any stand-outs, no memorable choruses or
songs, just a fine little retrospect of the early days of Vanishing
Point. Can't say I understand the need for this release... If you want
quality metal from this band, then I suggest you pick up one their other
albums instead.
This
one is for fans, who has to have everything they've ever released!
