People, who know me knows that I have been a fan of Saga ever since I was introduced to them back in the very early days of the 1980's. And I have been following them intensively for 25 years now. I know they really don't have a lot in common with a lot the stuff I listen to today, but I grew up listening to them, and they'll always have a special place in my heart.

"Trust" is their seventeenth studio album, and it's not among their best nor is it among their worst - it ends up somewhere in the middle. Only for a few brief moments are they capable of re-creating the magic from the first 4 albums.

This is still unmistakably Saga, creating songs within their own little niche of rock. Staying faithful to the sound they are well-known for: symphonic rock with Michael Sandlers unique vocals on top.

But if you like me like Saga, then you will enjoy this album as much as their previous ones and do go see them live, because they rock live...
