Of The Wretched’
was recorded at the Desert Inn
studios in Germany, mixed by the infamous Dan Swanö (Edge Of
Sanity, Bloodbath) at Unisound
studios in Örebro, Sweden and
features guest vocal appearances of Martin van Drunen (ASPHYX,
HAIL OF BULLETS), Marc Grewe (MORGOTH) and Dan Swäno!
VOMITORY’s ‘Carnage
Euphoria’ has been recorded at the Leon Music Studios in
Karlstad, Sweden together with engineer/producer Rikard Löfgren.
The limited first edition will be released as a Double Digipak
and includes a VOMITORY-history-bonus-DVD!

IMPIOUS recording update! |
Mighty Swedish Death/Thrashers IMPIOUS
give us another glimpse from their work on the new album!
’We've
been very busy the past couple of weeks writing and
arranging our new songs, and they're all turning out pretty
fucking sweet. This will without a doubt be the most brutal
and diverse IMPIOUS album to date! It’s fast, it’s
catchy, it’s heavy and it is extremely intense! We can’t
wait for you guys to hear what we’ve created! During May
we'll take our songs to the rehearsal room and jam out the
last ideas and perfect our tunes before we start tracking
June 1st!
The recording will take place in our very own Valle Adzic's
Studio Deadline. This is the first album ever we'll produce
and engineer by ourselves and we're pretty stoked about
delivering this baby without any other people involved. This
album will truly represent what the fuck IMPIOUS is
all about!
We would also like to tell you that we’ve hired the awesome
and wickedly talented artist Marcello Vasco to create one of
the most sinister and malignant looking album covers ever!
Marcello is extremely talented and we’re absolutely positive
that everyone will crap their pants when they see what
Marcello has created for us!
We have some good ideas to what we want to call the album.
We surely want it to represent the dark and merciless vibe
of our new songs and we also need the album cover to fit
with it as well. We have some pretty wicked ideas, but we
won’t reveal any of it quite yet.”
The new yet untitled IMPIOUS album is set for release
in the fall of 2009 thru Metal Blade Records!

NEAERA to release ‘Omnicide-Creation Unleashed’ as limited
Digipak with bonus-DVD! To film record release show! New MySpace

German extreme metal outfit NEAERA will release their
upcoming album ’Omnicide – Creation Unleashed’ not
only as a jewelcase cd, but also as a limited Deluxe Digipak
including a cover version of the CROWBAR song 'The Lasting
Dose' and a bonus-DVD containing a band documentary with
a playing time of approximately 60 minutes.
'The documentary follows the band from the early beginnings
to where we are at now. It includes loads of footage from our
private archives as well as live clips from the different
stages of our career and statements from the
musicians of NEAERA as well as from other bands we´re
friends with.'
The band will have a professional crew filming their release
show on the 29th of May in the Sputnikhalle Münster, Germany.
'We will publish the material later as live
clips thru our MySpace site and our homepage. It´s also possible
that we release a full length video of the show, so make sure
you take the opportunity to see yourself flying through the
picture, kissing our ugly singer on the cheek or kicking him in
the nutsack... whatever you decide to do, just join the carnage,
and bring your friends as well!'

Alexander Dietz (Heaven Shall Burn) at the helm and mixed by
Zeuss (Hatebreed, Shadows Fall, Whitechapel) in the USA
delivering the most brutal sound the band has come up with so
far!
