"Our
Kingdom of Decay" to be released via Strange Ears in June
After a long period of contacting
labels, discussing back and forth, thinking over various
possibilities etc., we have signed a contract with the Danish
label Strange Ears who will release our third album, "Our
Kingdom of Decay", in Denmark and online on the 22nd of June.
So why have we chosen Strange Ears? Well, for starters we have
previously worked with them in booking matters and have been
more than satisfied with their efforts! Mainman Steffen has
followed us through many years and it is reassuring to have him
represent our music as we know that he is enthusiastic about it.
Another things is that we expect "Our Kingdom of Decay" to
appeal to a wider audience (but fear not, O metal freaks out
there - it might be the most hard-hitting album from Compos
Mentis so far!) and therefore it is perfect that Strange Ears is
not only a metal label, rather it represents a wide range of
different music genres.
In other words we are looking very much forward to collaborating
with them! More info on the album itself will follow...
Cover vote / contest
We
have had two covers made for the new album, one with a portrait
of The Little Mermaid and one with Holger Danske. For this
reason we are running a vote / contest, where you can send us
your opinion on which cover you like best and which one you
would like to see on "Our Kingdom of Decay".

it, it can be compared to Facebook, condensed to only the status

Concerts
We have begun booking concerts
for the autumn and so far it seems to be going just fine! A
mini-tour with Scamp and Destroyerboy is being set up as we
speak and more is to come. For now, however, only the following
concert is confirmed and official:
