| On the rack: Stefano from Graveworm
| |
Wretched sinner, tell us about your latest deeds of evil and spite, 'The Harbringer'!

Graveworm – Our new album “Diabolical Figures” is for me personally a mix between our previous one Collateral Defect and Engraved in black. The songs are more aggressive but at the same time still melodic and atmospheric. I think this is the way of Graveworm. At one side aggressive at the other side melodic. Personally I would describe our sound as dark metal. I don't like to be melodic black metal. If you will call it dark metal you can work with different music styles.

| You fiend! You intend to tour the world with this devilish noise, don't you?!
Graveworm – We are planning to tour Europe at the end of the year. But nothing is fixed yet. At the moment we are playing some festival and we are locking forward in playing countries like Mexico and Ukraine where we have never been.

| I reckon you have many ungodly stories from your sinful tours. You might as well give us the worst story since we're preparing to fry you anyway!
Graveworm – Stories? Worst stories?? When we are on tour we are very peaceful people. Don't drink alcohol, don’t be with girls. -:) I think I will let our stories remain in our minds......
| Oh, you are indeed a wretch! If we had not caught you, what would you and your cohordes have done now? Recorded even more of your fiendish rattling?
Graveworm – No, we are all working and have a lot to do. Music is a hobby for us. We do it because we will and because we like to have fun. If one day we stop having fun, I will stop playing music.

| Damnations! You are beyond redemption. Name the five musical pieces that you want to bring with you when we send you to hell!
